Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar durable mailer, ensuring all original designer tags remain attached.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
